Absentee Bid

If you wish to bid on an item on any of our auctions and can not attend the auction in person, do not hesitate to contact us and place an Absentee Bid. By placing an Absentee Bid you authorize one of our members to bid on your behalf. He will purchase at the lowest possible price up to your maximum bid. This service is available without charge. When filling out an Absentee Bid Form, please remember to assign a maximum bid (as high as you are willing to allow us to bid in your absence.) In the event of equivalent Absentee Bids, preference will be given to the first received. We kindly call your attention to place an Absentee Bid 24 hours before the auction at the very latest. Limitless bids are accepted under no circumstances.

Phone Bids

Phone bids are only accepted if the mandator confirms (in a letter or by fax bank reference) his bid. No Absentee Bids will be accepted on an item for less than € 300. In case you wish to confirm your Phone Bid by fax, the fax number is: (00 36 1) 475 – 6005.

In order to bid by phone an absentee bid form should be filled out. Please be so kind as to provide us with the following information:
· The lot numbers
· Description of the item(s) you wish to bid on
· The starting price
· The maximum price you wish to bid on the item(s).
Top Limit of Bid should be filled out with the word: Telephone.
We can receive your form filled both by fax or email. Arrangements to Phone Bid must be made in advance of the auction and will be accepted 12 hours before the auction at the latest. Phone Bids are handled by members of our firm who bid on your behalf. Before the auction starts our member will call you on the given number in order to check your data. Before the lot comes, our member will call you again, so that you can take part in the auction through telephone.
